Appointment Scheduling, Cancellations, & Office Hours

Office Hours

We’re open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at both our Sherman and Flower Mound locations.

Requesting or Changing an Appointment

You can request or adjust appointments by contacting our office or using the links below. If you need to reschedule, we simply ask for as much notice as possible so we can accommodate you and offer that time to another patient.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Clear communication helps us keep wait times low and care running smoothly. If you’re unable to make your appointment, please let us know in advance. Repeated missed appointments without notice may limit future scheduling options, but our team is always happy to talk through what works best for you.

Getting Ready for Your First Visit

Your first visit is all about getting comfortable and getting to know each other. From the moment you arrive, our team is here to answer questions, explain what comes next, and make sure you feel at ease. We’ll take time to learn about your goals, talk through options, and provide clear guidance so you can move forward with confidence. There’s no pressure at your initial consultation — just thoughtful, supportive care designed around you.

For more on what to expect during your first visit, head to our First Visit page below, which includes details on what to bring to your appointment.

Financial Options That Work for You

We believe understanding your financial options should feel just as comfortable as your care. During your visit, our team will walk you through treatment costs, insurance considerations, and flexible payment options with clarity and transparency. Because every smile is unique, financial details are customized to your individual treatment plan, and we’re happy to answer questions and help you find an option that works for your family.

For more detailed information about insurance, financing, and payment options, you can explore our dedicated financial resources page or reach out to our team anytime — we’re here to help make planning simple and stress-free.

What To Do in an Orthodontic Emergency

If you’re experiencing pain or an issue that can’t be managed at home, our team is here to help. Minor soreness after adjustments is normal, but concerns like loose brackets, broken wires, or irritation that continues should be addressed by our office. For small issues, orthodontic wax, warm saltwater rinses, or gently adjusting a poking wire can often provide temporary relief.

If something feels urgent or uncomfortable, please contact your office location during regular weekday hours so we can guide you or schedule a visit if needed. When in doubt, we encourage you to reach out—we’re happy to help you decide the next best step.
